Wordpress 2.6 Upgrade - Fix Missing Categories

Thanks and kudos to David Cumps for figuring out how to fix up “missing” categories in the Wordpress 2.6 upgrade. I upgraded from 2.2 and ran into this problem, and David’s fix did the trick!
