Mike "Ratboy" McGovern

February 1999. It was a night like any other when Mike began his masterfully roundabout tale that I eventually figured out. "When you see Tara (Engels, that is) tomorrow, she's gonna be wearing a ring." He's gettin' married!

And that was that. Congrats, guys!

Mike plays guitar with Rod sometimes. He mostly just plays with himself, though. He works for Communications Media, Incorporated when he's not eating soup, and has developed carpal tunnel syndrome as a result.
